Guest Ratings & Reviews
I was pleasantly surprised by the Riad's comfortable size and lovely common areas, but it was smaller than expected. The temperature control was a relief after a hot day outside, but the room isolation could be improved.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully designed, clean, and oh-so-comfy, each with its unique theme that added a special touch to my experience. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly accommodating and always ready to assist. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the dining experience was a highlight of my trip, offering delicious traditional meals that left me wanting more varied options. The facilities were fantastic, providing everything I needed for a wonderful stay.
I stayed in the Catherine Suite, which overall was very nice and beautiful but the noise from the corridor and terrace disturbed my sleep during the night and early morning. The service was excellent, especially from Mohammed and Yissin who were extremely polite and attentive. The location, while a bit out of town, was great for catching the sunset and near the Palace. The dining experience started ok but became simpler and less satisfying on our second night. The facilities were decent, but some improvements could be made.
The riad is in a charming location close to the vibrant Medina and restaurants, offering a mix of authentic Morocco with a modern touch. The rooms are smaller than expected and lack common areas, but the service is friendly and helpful. The dining experience is decent but could be improved, with some traditional options. Noise from the terrace can be bothersome, and access can be tricky due to narrow alleys.
Staying at this riad was a mixed experience. The rooms were cozy and perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors, though some might find the lack of a proper window a bit claustrophobic. The service was friendly and reassuring, but some aspects were not up to par. The location offers a genuine Moroccan vibe, even though navigating the market area at night may feel unsettling. Dining options were decent, but the timing and taste could be improved.
The hotel has clean and uniquely designed rooms, with a tiny sink that may be a bit of a downside. The service is friendly and helpful, although the hotel's hidden location might make it tricky to find. The proximity to key attractions like Mamounia hotel and Jmaa Fnaa is a major advantage, but the deep residential area raises safety concerns for solo female travelers. The dining options are repetitive with a focus on bread, while the facilities offer basic amenities.
